DETACHED STONE BARN WITH FAR REACHING VIEWS ACROSS ROLLING COUNTRYSIDE Traditional barn situated within 35 acres of established farm and woodlands in an elevated position enjoying the afternoon sun creating an ideal base to relax and explore the stunning coast and countryside of West Wales. The gently curving 55 miles of Carmarthenshire coastline from Llanelli to Amroth boasts villages attractions and beaches. Llansteffan beach Scotts Bay and Cefn Sidan all ideal for fishing and walking. Steeped in myth and legend and home to some of the most authentic and atmospheric castles within easy access. Further afield is Narberth a pretty market town with multi coloured Edwardian and Georgian buildings lining the high street where items from fine art to great food rub shoulders with vintage and antique shops. 30 minutes away are some of Pembrokeshire s finest beaches; Saundersfoot and Tenby which is a traditional walled seaside town. This tastefully restored accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double. Wet room: with WC. Lounge/diner: with TV DVD and double doors into the gardens. Kitchen: well-equipped with oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Outside: enclosed patio area with seating and views across the farmland in addition to 7 acres of gated woodland with walk ways and seating areas. Amenities: parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Additional info: farm barns with livestock within the grounds. An occasional room suitable for additional guest by prior arrangement. Location: pub and shop within 1 mile. Arrival: 3pm.
